Each year ICRI works hard toward providing the best possible rates at hotels where you would want to stay for our Spring and Fall Conventions. Please do your best to support our efforts by staying at our host hotel. You’ll be close to the action and you’ll be helping ICRI get better rates at future conventions.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The hotel has extended the group convention rate of $139 single/double + taxes per night until rooms sell out. Additional guests over two are $20 per guest, per night. Guestrooms at the convention rate are limited. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests received after Sunday, September 28, 2008, will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

• Convention rates apply for the dates of October 25 through November 5, 2008, subject to availability.

• Guests making reservations by phone or hotel Web site MUST use the Group Code: 0810CONCRT. (Please note: this is a new Group Code as of 9/17/08!)

• Reservations by Group Guests must be secured by a valid major credit card or other deposit satisfactory to the hotel upon check-in for incidentals and to guarantee the room. Deposits are refundable to the Group Guest if notice of cancellation is received by the hotel no later than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellation policy: If room night is canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply. If room night is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, guest will be charged one night’s room rate.

• Early departure: An early departure fee of $25 will apply for guests who depart prior to the scheduled departure date, confirmed upon check-in.

• Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm. (A late departure charge may apply to any room occupied after the check-out time.)

Aiport/Ground Transportation

The closest airport to the Millennium Hotel St. Louis is the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, approximately 18 miles from the hotel (20- to 25-minute car ride). Taxi service from the airport to the hotel is $30 to $40. Shuttle service via Trans Express is located on the lower level of the airport near the luggage pick-up, with no reservation required for scheduled service to the Millennium Hotel: $15 one-way, $25 round-trip per person. MetroLink offers light rail service from the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport to the Busch Stadium Station which is 4 blocks from the Millennium Hotel and will cost $2.00. Arriving guests will find the MetroLink Lambert station outside of the main airport terminal and should board the rail heading east to the Busch Stadium Station. Parking

Self-parking at the Millennium Hotel is $18 for 24 hours with in and out privileges. No valet parking.
