This prestigious award provides recognition to 40 accomplished professionals within ICRI who are under the age of 40, demonstrate high potential for continued success in leadership roles, and exhibit a strong passion for – and commitment to – the mission of ICRI.

• Submission deadline is Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

2024 Eligibility:

1. 1. Current member of ICRI
      – or –
      Nominee works for a current ICRI member company.
2. Plan to continue in roles that aid the future of concrete repair.
3. Exhibit characteristics that demonstrate continued success and leadership skills.
4. Active participant in ICRI on either the chapter or national level
5. Under the age of 40 as of January 31, 2024.

Application Requirements:

• Complete all required fields (indicated with red * asterisk) in the application form below.
• Nominated individuals may be required to provide a copy of a valid I.D. (for age verification)
• Submission deadline is Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

 
Please include the following in your submission for the nominee:

Industry Work
List all the nominee’s industry work and contributions that may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Committee work
2. Leadership positions in the committee /chapter
3. TAC work or special assignments
4. CRB – Articles
5. Project Awards
6. Other industry association

Professional Achievement
Mention the nominee’s involvement in their professional career and how that serves our industry, for example:

1. Works for an engineer, contractor or material supplier that is involved in the repair business
2. What has the individual’s career progression been in their professional work.
3. Any significant professional achievement at work that made a difference for the employer.

Attendance
How many National ICRI and local chapter events has the nominee attended.

Those selected will be prominently featured on the ICRI website, an issue of the CRB, and a printed brochure which is distributed at World of Concrete. All recipients will also receive 1 complimentary CSRT Education program registration.
