Recruitment and retention of volunteer leaders is a hot topic for many Chapters. Below is a Leadership Recruitment presentation given at ICRI Chapter Roundtable meetings.
The Membership Recruitment Guide is a document that the ICRI Membership Committee created to help chapters with membership initiatives. How-Tos

The Chapter Delegate receives free registration to the convention. The delegate must pay for travel, housing, and additional convention activities. Chapters receive additional Chapter Awards points for providing the delegate a stipend towards expenses

All ICRI Chapters are covered under ICRI’s General Liability Insurance Policy. If your chapter needs a Certificate of Insurance for a venue contact Dale Regnier at [email protected] or 651-290-6278.

The prerequisites require to be a presenter at any ICRI event, national or local. Clear and concise requirements for presenters to follow in order to appear at your meeting

Marketing

ICRI’s Marketing Committee developed this promotional membership video as part of the 35th Anniversary efforts.

ICRI Committee 120, Environmental Health and Safety, put together a PowerPoint presentation to introduce ICRI Technical Guideline No. 120.1-2009, “Guidelines and Recommendations for Safety in the Concrete Repair Industry.”
Used as an Introduction to ICRI, this presentation includes information on ICRI, its history, membership, publications, committees, and events. There are also slides you can customize to include information specific to your chapter
What is needed to start or maintain an ICRI Chapter

Programs

A 2-day meeting that brings together ICRI leaders, ICRI staff and chapter leaders in order to reinforce the support chapters receive from ICRI and introduce local leaders to each other.

Chapters are invited to send at least two representatives (providing transportation and lodging). There are two meetings a year and it takes two full years to reach all ICRI chapters. Chapters will be sent an invitation when the Roundtable is coming to their area.

Area One – Includes the following chapters; BWC, CT, DV, MNY, NE, QP, PIT, and UNY.
The next scheduled meeting is Fall 2020

Area Two – Includes; AZ, BCC, HOU, NTX, NCA, OK, PNW, RM, SCA, and SCT.
The next scheduled meeting is Spring 2021

Area Three – Includes; CHI, COH, GP, GCC, IND, I/I, MDS, MI, MIN, and NOH.
The next scheduled meeting is Fall 2021

Area Four – Includes; CAR, CFL, FFC, FWC, GA, GS, SFL, SWF, and VA.
The next scheduled meeting is Spring 2022.

Awards forms are released in December for that year and due that next February. When planning your next year’s activities, consider consulting the awards forms to ensure you are moving in the right direction. Forms for the activities of 2020 will be made available in December 2020
