Early bird pricing is available through Monday, March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time (Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 12:59 AM US Eastern Time). After this date, the onsite registration rates prevail.

Note: Registration requires logging into the ICRI website/member portal. Please visit the member portal and follow the instructions on the screen login or to create your account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To receive a registration refund, less a $75 processing fee, all cancellations must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time, Monday, March 31, 2025. Cancellation requests can be submitted via the Refund Request Form online. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting [email protected]. Reservations should be made using the provided online booking link or by contacting Marriott Reservations by phone.

Standard room types include 2 Queen beds or 1 King bed; however, availability is not guaranteed. To secure the group rate, all reservations must be made by the cutoff date. After this deadline or once the room block is sold out, standard hotel rates will apply. Group rates may also be available for up to three days before and after the event dates, depending on hotel availability.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
