Cancellation and Refund Policy

To receive a registration refund, less a $75 processing fee, all cancellations must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time, Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Cancellation requests can be submitted via the Refund Request Form online. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting [email protected].
